Radmila holds an MSc in International Marketing from the University of London, is proficient in content development, subscription web-based services, advertising, and the media sector. And is agile across RPA, Cyber Security, software-based technology and market research industries.
Katherine is an experienced marketing leader and B2B specialist with a strong commercial, digital and data focus. She has deep experience of helping brands like HSBC, Citigroup, and Deloitte grow across EMEA and Asia as well as in Global roles. She has also consulted freelance for start-ups and small fast growing businesses in the technology space and has hands on experience of running a small business. As well as being a Marketing Academy Fellow 2022, Katherine is also a Cranfield #100 Women to Watch 2020 for future FTSE board talent.
He has built from scratch a team of 30+ people to bring a positive impact in Italy, organising leadership experiences in different countries around the world with AIESEC. Paolo has learnt the power of data-driven decision making at Amazon; this EMEA experience taught him how to design strong marketing plans to drive success in the market, and how to build and execute multi channel integrated digital marketing activities. He has brought these experiences to another level at Microsoft, where he has been leading the UK subsidiary on CRM, lead management operations and email automation, managing a team of true superheroes.
