I was contacted by a member of the team – Laurie Barton – via email. Laurie shared all of the great details the course would entail, which drove me to sign up.
Which certification did you choose and why?
I chose the C-Suite Masterclass. I chose this course specifically due to the breadth of content available.
The key item for me was the external speakers – industry experts and professionals from companies like TrustPilot, JLL, Slack, and more.
Why did this certification stand out?
The timing was ideal for me. I was in the middle of contemplating… “Why am I stuck at Director level?”
So a course designed to help you accelerate to the next level – focusing on enhancing leadership skills, preparing for the C-suite, improving business results, and so on – cited my career dilemma.
Which aspects of the certification did you find the most valuable?
I loved the live sessions with external speakers.
There was a mix of both live and online sessions, which enabled passive learning, which I could then convert into active concepts.
How have you transferred the knowledge gained into your day-to-day practice?
I’ve definitely used this information to my advantage: I’ve actually gone from discovering how to progress my own career to coaching others who are looking to progress in theirs!
How has the certification enhanced your credentials?
I’m currently working at a small start-up with no positions for advancement.
However, looking at the long-term, this qualification will likely benefit my professional advancement, and my personal brand, and is great to have on my LinkedIn profile.

This course has undeniably helped me network. I’ve added a lot of connections from the course to my network, as well as external speakers that can help with a number of specific challenges.
How has this experience impacted your professional growth?
This course has helped me professionally and personally: I now feel more confident and empowered to face particular situations that I previously wouldn’t have.
If you hadn’t signed up for the certification, what impact do you think this would’ve had on your career?
At the present time, there is no impact as I am currently in a small startup.
However, had I been working in a larger organization, this course would have acted as an incredibly effective stepping stone for professional progression.
What would you say to fellow professionals considering signing up for an Alliance/ RMA certification?
Definitely do it, as long as you can commit and keep pace with the online work, then you’ll reap a ton of benefits in what you will learn and be able to apply in your day-to-day career!

I really enjoyed the learning provided in this course.
